Lamb Liver is for those who have acquired a taste for it as this organ of Lamb has quite a strong flavor and different texture than other portions. It is much tenderer than Beef and even Pork Liver, and has a milder taste than both of them. Lamb Liver is usually compared with Calf’s Liver but is not as flavorful as the latter.
