Pork Snout can make for a unique tasting portion of the pig. It can a bit of a challenge, however, to find this cut in retail. Additionally, quite a few of these will be required to make a sizeable serving. Snout tastes somewhat similar to bacon or other portions of Pork that are known to have high fat content. Its inherent texture is rather chewy with a slight crunch to it.
